What could be better that a cocktail made from the finest Scottish Whisky?

Cocktail : Bay Horse recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz blended whisky
1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg

Method :

Pour the whisky Pernod creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.
