What could be better that a cocktail made from the finest Scottish Whisky?

Drinking it on its own I guess . . . but then everyone to their own taste.

Cocktail : Blended Comfort recipe

Ingredients:

1 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
2 oz bourbon whisky
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 oz orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 peach

Method :

Skin a peach quarter and add to a blender. Add Southern Comfort bourbon vermouth and juices. Blend on low for 10 - 15 seconds. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of both peach and orange and serve.
